Eq5 help please

Hi

I'm have trouble getting the altitude below 30 degrees on my eq5 mount I have tried everything to get it lower but it just won't go any further

This is obviously a bit annoying because it makes it tricky when I'm trying to line up my rdf

Is there a trick to getting it lower?

Think the little bar on the back has to be removed and it will drop down to zero. Be careful with the bolts as i snapped mine inside the mount and had to get it repaired. There not the best bolts so be careful and dont over tighten.
