spc900 focus issue

I tried to polar alighn last night with WCS and a webcam but i struggled to bring the webcam to focus!!

i'm useing a 200 f/4.4 reflector, i can bring my DSLR to focus with room to spare.

Any ideas anyone on whether i need to be closer in or use spacers /barlows etc.
