there are not in my mind any good DSO's to image with my Rig (100mm) in my FOV atm, North to south, am i missing a good target out?

And of course there is always Saturn.

As its going to be clear tonight any input on objects to choose?

Well I was pondering at pointing at the Leo area and seeing what my FOV shows up.

Tonight, as it's clear, I'll be attempting imaging.. Initial plan was the rosetta neb but I think that will have sunk behind a house. So another possible is the bubble neb..

This will be a dry run for SGL6 to ensure I have everything running.

Why don't you have a go at the Messier challenge, it's the best time of the year to do it, you dont know, you might do really well

why not look up some galaxy groups, leo trio for one.

In the end I went for M81. Also helped that I noticed a female neighbour having a spy on me - the scope almost points straight up..
