castors

Wheres the best place for castors. would like ones that don't have any left/right play in them as i have a GOTO so cant vibrate etc.

Ive used the twin wheel castors from Bearingboys on a couple of scopes. Being twin wheel they're more stable than a single wheel and the price is quite reasonable as well.

I used the 75mm single bolt hole braked castor.

I might be worth checking with Bearingboys to make sure that the ones they have in stock don't just lock the wheels but also don't let the castors rotate.

Did you use poly or rubber tyre. not sure if the rubber tyre is solid enough.

It was the grey rubber one. The rubber is very hard and dense and I think it's better for outdoor use than the black poly which is more suited to a smooth concrete floor.
