Antares Eyepieces

Are Antares eyepieces anygood compared to the Revelation set that can be purcahsed from FLO?

Have seen some forsale and they look good value for money, just want to check that what i may be buying is as good as what i was thinking of buying.

I hope that makes sense.

The Antares Super Plossl will be on a par with the Revelation Plossls. So worth going for if they are cheap.

Thanks just wanted to make sure, the set doesnt include as much as the revelation set but for the price i think it is a good deal.

I bought the Antares 1.25" eyepiece set, and I'm very happy with it - quality is excellent. Please note, however, one of the EP's is 40mm which I've found marginally useful for my 12.5" Dob (giving 38x), but may be even less useful to people with smaller scopes (even with the 2x Barlow).

I think i know the set you mean and it's better judged than the Revelation (which has a lot of bits you'll never use).
