The owner wants approx £270 and is offering a couple of books, a planisphere and a 1.25/2" adaptor.

It's only been opened once (Haven't they all?), so I'm wondering what to offer?

Collection will cost me approx £25.

BTW I compare everything against the sw 200p dob at £270 - the one I would be most likely to buy new!

I wouldnt fancy paying much more than 230 for it. if its the blue one then less still

£300 should get you a relatively new Celestron Nexstar 127 Mak with Goto, I would hold out for a better deal.
