Pillar for an HEQ5 or EQ6

Hi, I've been looking at the option of a pillar for an HEQ5 or EQ6 head as seen on FLO website.

Has anyone used one? Are they any good? And where could I get just the HEQ5 or EQ6 head (without the tripod) from?

These pillars are very good. They appear to only come in Black - I had to re-paint mine to match the NEQ6. Gives you that added height without extending the tripod - more stability.

I think all the heads come with the basic tripod....
