Focal reducer for imaging with an ED100

Hi

I am thinking of using my Skywatcher ED100 F9 for deep sky imaging and am wondering if anyone has experience of using the Skywatcher .85 reducer or if there are any other products worth considering that will make it faster (until I can afford an MN190!!!)?

Thanks

I nottice you have a supaslim wheel as well! could be a bit of an issue. I have the same problem with my celestron when I put the reducer on it, with my pimped focuser - some EPs cannot achieve focus, luckily the camera can but it's not yet tested with the new wheel.

Maybe I should just accept that I need a faster scope for serious imaging, and stop buying long focal lengths and trying to fix it with reducers!!

Thanks for the help
