The Moon in North Wales

Just doing my one chore, puting the bin out, and looked up at the moon, and saw something i've never seen before, it was like a masive circle around it as if it had exploded, (I know it hasen't) the clouds seem to have formed a ring and the sky is clear upto the moon, sadley I dont have the kit to photograph it.

Just thought I'd let you know, incase someone else can see it and photograph it.
