Heartbroken and gutted!

Recommended Posts

:)

I have recently had a mishap at home and the stand to my new 6" newtonian fell over and snapped one of the metal circular braces which hold the telescope to the stand....

Absolutely devastated...

Does anyone know if there is anywhere that would sell replacements? I am afraid I cannot give any details of the brand, it s a pretty generic reflector which does not show any brand names.

Any help/advice would be treated like Gods

Cheers

David

Bad luck but these can be replaced. If you can measure the outside diameter of the tube (or the inside diameter of the remaining ring) you should be able to get a replacement one or a matching pair with the right inside diameter.

First Light Optics sell a range:

Tube Rings

PS: Do I get a burnt offering now !
