Skywatcher ED80 Pro Focuser Slips and Moves

I put my Starlight Express 7 Slot USB Filter Wheel on my 80mm Skywatcher ED80 Pro scope together with my 550D camera and I think the weight is too much for the scope as when I tightened the focuser up it still moved.

The scope was imaging the Pleiades at about an angle of 55 degrees.

Is this a problem with the scope, or just a limitation?

Can I fix this issue?

I have exactly the same issue with the same scope- I tightened up the 4 allen screws under the focuser untill they creaked - holds now!

Strangley the 100 ED is fine
