binoclours for a friend??

hey guys

iv got the (as u can see in my sig) the celestron skymasters 15X70s

i sadly missed the offer FLO had to get another pair

my mate really liked them and started getting really interested

iv found 2 pairs but what do you think about them

the one above i thought as he can use it for other things if he did go off astronomy

Adler Optik Adler Kosmos 15x70 high powered binoculars

which would be better he has a tripod already to put it on so that dosent bother me (it would be tripod mounted)

any other suggestions be really good really £50 - 55 is my limit and i would if i had any spair money like to get him a planisphere too (first has both book an plansphere for an extra £10)

i got my 15 x70 from scopes and skies and i think they are great for the price and you get a free book with them also

I imagine these are pretty much the same but in any event they are excellent. I bought mine years ago for £70 and thought them the bargain of the century at that.

Very highly recommended and from a reliable dealer. Read that twice...
