first widefield attempt at Pleiades

This was 5*20 secs and 5*30 secs.

EOS 300D unmodded sigma 28-300

Piggybacked on an LX90 Alt/Az mount

dark flats but not other control shots.

Processed in DSS and then very minor twaeks in photoshop

Sort of pleased as its my first piggyback attempt and using my £2.75 shutter remote:)

And my favourite "object" so really enjoyed it.

Please let me know what I can do to improve the processing and take better shots next time. Getting a bit worried about how much I want to spend on imaging, ouch.

I would suggest taking longer subs, if you can, and more of them!

more I can do, but longer I don't think will work, 20 seconds afocal normally gives me trails so I was pleased to get 30 piggy backed. I'll try it though.
