Heads Up: The Sun in Ha - 02-12-2010

If you have a PST and can get a view of the Sun it's well worth it today

Lots of active areas, well defined spots and a massive "hedgerow" type prominence on the SE limb area. 1st time I've been able to get out with the PST for a week or so

Sadly we are clouded out in Hampshire. No clear skies forecast until Monday

Sun very interesting today but seeing abysmal (and snow clouds didn't clear till 1pm)

My viewing opportunity was short lived as clouds spoiled things after an hour or so.

So it was just a little "taster" to keep the interest up !.
