I heard a lot of tribesman have rain dance that will bring forth rain. May be someone can work out a sunny or fine weather dance that can do the opposite.

I found a solution. Get yourself a baby daughter (a son would probably work just as well). They will wake up at 2am most nights and the sky will often have cleared. You cannot take them outside because it is too cold, but you can stand at the window and imagine being outside with your scope.
