USB-Serial drivers?

I've got a Targus PA088E USB to serial converter for running a serial camera cable release. Unfortunately I've just had to rebuild my laptop and I've lost the drivers. An internet search has brought up loads of links, but they are all faulty/broken. Does anyone know where I can get these drivers?

After 4 attempts to install the converter automatically, I thought I'd give one final try and it installed! GRRRRR!

USB-Serial is far from fun !

I have bought some special ones for my Till in the shop as the converter remembers the com port even after a full power off.
