Adjustment bolt for TAL 1 reflector

Hi All. Looking for a little help. Friend of mine has a TAL 1 4in reflector and needs an adjustment bolt for it. Please see attached photo. Can anyone point me in the direction of a replacement or a bolt that will suffice.

Hi Peter. I could send the section with the thread. Would you be able to go from there?? Could actually send you the one in the picture so you have a template. I think once the bolt is tightened fully ( using all the thread section) the telescopes RA is then locked.

Its russian so should be metric, and looks like 6mm to me.
