M33 attempt

Here's a go at M33 taken Sunday night. First post in ages since my synscan blew a while a go. The standard of images pasted by everyone else seems to have rocketed since. This will encourage others by lowering the average

This is about 2 hours worth (53 x 150s) using a canon 1000d at ISO1600. Scope is a standard C8 8" Newt on an EQ5 which is proving quite difficult to guide (the counter weights need to go all the way out to balance).

Need to sort out flats again, having some issues since I modded the 1000d.

Nice one, I like the bursts of ha, particularly the one on the left-hand side. The modding of your 1000d has clearly worked well.
