Milky way has been spotted again in Stockport!!

Yes, under the light polluted skies of Stockpot I can see the Milky way and M31 with the naked eye!!

It looks like it could be a good night again :-)

I noticed it the other night too for the first time from my back garden. I have never seen it before until then but one day I hope to see it in all its glory from a dark site.

Woah! I've just been out stargazing with the naked eye again (waiting on tomorrow's delivery) and the sky is stunning!

I could see the milky way as clear as anything else in the sky and came running in to check it was exactly that. I even dragged the missus out to see (she was all PJ'd up)!

Had M31 in the bins tonight,came in for a warm,then went out 45 mins later and it had disappeared:confused3:
