My First Narrow band - M27

As I have just got back my Atik383L+ and the moon was out I had a bash at M27 in Narrow band, talk about not having a clue but I have something at last.

Using 190MN guided with PHD and a finderscope+QHY5v

Cripes you don't get a lot at S2!

So S2 10x8min = Red, Ha 9x8min =Green, O3 6x8min = Blue

all 2 x Bin

Each "colour" stacked in DSS with flats and darks - Maxim to combine

oooh, shedloads of potential there Pete, you have captured loads of the faint stuff for such a short total exposure. S2 in this is very weak, it is in most planetary nebs as far as I can see.

Using PS, look up the selective colour tab, click on the green tab, and play with the top slider, see what you think

Looks very good, the outer OIII butterfly wings are showing well, these are very elusive.

Definatly keep the subs and add more SII over time
