Bright Cloud think it was Watching Me 2 ?

this is from my sony erricsson k800i 3mp phone cam,

taken 3.6.2010, at 5.11am,

was on look out for noctilucent clouds and snapped these extra bright clouds with interesting (Alien) human head shape,

i have tried to identify type of cloud but i'm not sure

any help would be appreciated on this

bottom left of image shows part of my roof on my house,

i have resized pic to 37.5% orig size and done slight crop,

only editing done was slight histogram adjustment.

all opinions welcomed

Cirrus cloud I would have thought James. Nice shot
