Galaxy video for powerpoint?

Good afternoon

I have to give a talk on galaxies at my local astronomy club (Bristol) on Friday. I have a presentation but woudl love to add a nice video showing galaxy formatino or a trip to the Virgo group etc.

Any ideas...? Plus how do I get it then in to Powerpoint!

Here is a guide to adding a video into a PDF.

There's a whole load of small movies on Youtube, you'll need to ask permission to use them I guess - but i doubt you'd come up against much resistance...
