DSI III Pro Ghosting Image in Envisage

I am getting a ghost image that extends about 2 inches down from the top of the live screen in envisage that bounces up and down when my DSI III pro is connected and set to 2 x 2 binning.

The ghost image dissapears when binning is turned off.

I first thought this might be vibration but it still happens when the DSI is taken out of the focuser and laying on a table.

Does anyone have any idea's?

Any chance of a screenshot ?

Have you tried adjusting the line delay ? I think that should be set to between 3 and 5

Just a guess as the only probs Ive had with envisage were line delay or usb problems

I had a play around with the line delay but it made no difference apart from when I set it to 0 it sort of froze the ghosting.

I downloaded Nebulosity and it did the same in that although to a lesser degree.

It's looking like it's a problem with the hardware itself.

I'm going away for a few days, in the morning, but will post a screenshot next week when I get back.
