Just took delivery of the above upgrade:

The instructions are very poor, are my cogs correct?

Nope - marry up to the smaller set of teeth on the drive cog.

You know when you build something and there's always a bit left over? Well this is my bit?

No idea on this? I assume it sticks to something?

The drives are fitted & covers on! All seems fine, just need to add power now :-)
