Stacking

Could anyone tell me,after taking multiple exposures,do you subtract a dark frame from each,or do you stack them all and then subtract the dark.

Also processing,do you process individual frames then stack,or do you stack the images then process as one.

I would appreciate some advice.

Subtract the darks from each first. Why don't you use something like DeepSkyStacker that does all that for you?
