Meet up near Petersfield tomorrow

I know its short notice but does anyone fancy a meet up with www.hantsastro.org/index.html tomorrow at Butser Ancient farm?

It will be an introduction to Astronomy where there will be telescopes to use if you dont have one and thinking about getting into it or bring your own along and enjoy the dark site.

It starts at 8pm and there is an ISS pass at 20.18 to look forward too

Is it in the ancient farm carpark that you meet? I'd certainly be interested in going.

I take it no-one went to this in the end? Looks like I won't be able to make the next meet. Unfortunately my daughter doesn't fit into the 11 yr old age limit. Ah well, another year, two months and 12 days.....

Was more of a social and play with the scope getting to know what bits do what.

Oh and Jupiter through the clouds off and on.

At least you saw something I'll give this chap a go, but I imagine the age limit is there to stop annoying young adults running around karomming off very expensive telescopes Thanks.
