Maxim DL photometric analysis puts the VMag at 11.2 (Though this could be out, it tally's reasonably well with Calsky's 11.7 for earlier that day)

Hi Nick,

Just joined and saw your post, I have friends looking for this comet using a 14" Celestron but have not been successful - Despite your astrophotography and film making - can you advise if you could actually see the comet in your eyepiece?

With the TMB not a chance. With the 12" Dobsonian, I "think" I saw it, with averted.. this was at F5 with a good EP. I may try to image it tonight with the dobsonian though, as the integration times will be quite short (<60s)..
