any body had any experiance with these if so what are they like im looking to upgrade from the standard sw ones that came with my scope

They are fine but there is no point in buying a 40mm 1.25" eyepiece IMHO - a 32mm one will show just as much sky and the slightly higher magnification darkens the background sky a bit which makes fainter DSO's a bit easier to spot.

The 1.25" barrel constrains the size of the field of view you see.
