Illuminated eyepiece?

FLO

Recommended Posts

Auntie FLO wants to put some illuminated eyepieces into stock.

Having little experience of what's hot and what's not when it comes to eyepieces for measuring binaries or guide-scoping...

I thought I'd better ask?

Thanks :)

I have an antares 10mm illuminated reticle EP and it is one of the best purchases I ever made (after my Telrad!) Gets you a really accurate alignment when doing goto star fixes and essential for drift alignment (short of using a ccd camera).

Steve a reticle eyepiece is in my book an essential.

I have a 9mm illuminated double crosshair reticle eyepiece it is used for manual guiding/centering of an image for CCD work.

None of the above would be possible without it.
