Jupiter Rotational Errors

Does anyone know how much time you can run a Jupiter AVI for before your number of frames starts to go against you due to rotation?

I did one last night at 2000 frames, which has some really nice individual frames but on the whole, processes poorly so I'm thinking it's rotation. I can always chop some off the avi if that's the case but as I said, I'm only assuming as I can't think what else it could be.

Stacking software can stack on the surface details so the rotation can be limited or removed. Greater rotation (like taking 10 000 frames or more per channel) can be removed by processing in WinJUPOS.

Look at my Jupiter - this image is R-RGB from a mono camera, where each channel is a stack of 5000 frames (and camera working at 30 FPS). Good stacking and using L-RGB image can reduce the rotation if it's not to big.
