Could anyone be able to explain the real difference between the two?

More "bells and whistles" on the Equinox (better focuser, sliding dew shield, fit and finish) and the Equinox is a faster scope better suited to imaging than the Evostar.

Thanks, i couldnt work out why the price was the but i have noticed that the evostar comes with more extras as standard and the Equinox has none.
