Ed Ting - Scope reviews

Looks like Ed Ting is back and reviewing. Haven't checked his site for a while but popped in over the weekend after his name came up in a thread on SGL. To my surprise (and joy) he has posted two new reviews. A nice little Achro refractor comparison and a review of the Celestron Starhopper 12 dob. Great stuff.

I always used to enjoyed reading Ed's reviews - for a while his site plus Todd Gross's mini-reviews were essential references for me.

Talking of established review sites, the Excelsis astro equipment review site seems to have gone quiet now - another place I used to spend too much browsing time although the standard of input was rather variable.
