How do I 'stack' a sun spot AVi?

I have just taken an AVi of the current sun spot.

I tried to use Registax to stack it but all I get is a black image after its 'Aligned'

And pointers?

Try maybe avistack. If the frame doesn't has any high contrast areas it may be hard to align.

The spot is very easy to see

Then try maybe bigger box. It has to follow the spot and not slip from the initial area.

Try ticking 'align using center of gravity'.

It tracks the spot fine across the screen (Doesnt move much) and using the 'Align with centre of gravity' puts the box quite away from the spot.

Try maybe very extreeme wavelets to see if the final stack has the spot and the spot has the correct shape. Sometimes the stack is very blurry, but wavelets make it sharp, and levels remove gray background "noise".
