Well, end of story! That technique worked. The image really is very good isn't it, with resolution, colour balance and no forcing. There was a thread asking about this idea a day or two ago and I think you have answered it in no uncertain terms. Can't remember the OP, unfortunately.

Thanks for the comments. It seems to work Olly, well after several attempts anyway ! The dslr seems a quick way of getting some colour behind the Ha detail.
