Once you have a set of Bias images for the ISO is that it job done these can be used for any of images for that ISO?

I would recommend that your refresh your BIAS images every few months as sensors like all electronic components do age so an occasional refresh makes sense - this is particularly the case with cosmic ray hits which can affect sensor output.
