Where can I buy ST4 - ST4 cable?

A simple question.

I want to connect the autoguider output of my Atik 16IC to the autoguide input of the CG5-GT. I think that is a straight through ST4-ST4, but I can't find one advertised. Mostly its serial to ST4 for controlli9ng via a PC.

Anyone know where such can be bought, or where there is a pin-out guide so you can make up your own?
