Double-length Mak Back

Does anyone know if I can buy anything which will effectively double the length of the back of my gold Sky-Watcher Mak 180?

- I mean the collar tube that the diagonal gets attached to?

- basically, I want something twice as long.

The Skymax 180 has a T-thread on the back, you could use a T-SCT adapter to convert it to regular SCT then fit a SCT-2 inch adapter.

Nearly - but not quite - is there an SCT-to-SCT tube I can fit in the middle to add length?

Or - ideally - a single Mak-to-Mak extenstion is all I need, since that would solve the problem - is there such a thing?
