Sky-Watcher Skymax-127 SynScan AZ GOTO Tracking

Hi,

Evening! Simple question - how do I get my Sky-Watcher Skymax-127 to automagicaly track what I'm looking at once it's aligned?

So - for instance - say I've got the moon in full view - after a while it'll drift out - how do I track it? I assume there's some setting on the SynScan AZ GOTO that I need to set?

You need to set the tracking rate to Lunar, this is under the Setup menu. Page 12 of the manual AZ GOTO manual.

I thought once the scope was star aligned and moon was selected from the planet menu that it automatically tracks at lunar rate?

Ahhhh - I really must read that manual - not just look at the pictures!

So what about if I'm looking at another planet - say Saturn? What tracking mode do I use then?
