Ordered an A4 EL Panel from Earlsmann on Sunday afternoon. Received an email straight away confirming the order.

Around 10am Monday I received another email saying that the panel was being packed and would be shipped that day.

10am Tuesday morning a box arrived.

The only thing stopping me give a 10/10 - the cost pf postage, which I think is excessive.

They charged nearly £10 for P&P. The cost of postage is £2.24(printed on the box), plus maybe £2 for the box (being very generous) and then another £1 for the little polystyrene bits.

It's one of my pet hates - I have no problem in paying P&P - I just think that it should be at cost.

Anyway, apart from that small issue, the service is great, communication is great and speed of delivery is pretty fast!
