Bosma 6" Mak

I am looking for a 6" mak at the moment and came across the Bosma Omega 6" Rumak Mak.

I am wondering if someone has any experience with them.

One of these has come to my attention too in my research for a planetary Mak, from what I've read they are highly desirable

I haven't looked through one of these but have seen one in the flesh so to speak at my local astroshop, Ace Cameras (£649 for OTA) and it looks like a nice piece of kit.

Mined you,from the same shop you can get a Skymax 150 plus an EQ5 etc. for £628.

Thanks Cloudwatcher, thats where i saw the Bosma.

I read somewhere on CN the the Bosma would by you a good mak, with a performance not far of from an intes.

I gather that they are both Rumak maks without image shift?

Bosma is a Chinese brand. They made some distinctly dodgy Maks a few years ago but they have improved a lot and now make some decent scopes. They also show up under a number of different brand names such as Astro Tech etc.
