M51 with DSI II pro and DSI IIc

I had some subs of M51 from a few weeks ago that I did with my OSC. Whilst Red Dwalf was away on holiday last week he loaned me his DSI Pro so I got some B&W. This is my first bash at sticking the whole lot together. Quite a learning curve but fun.

amazing stuff, was this just using the dsi mono ? and did you use your 82 newt with it ?

On the 15th I used your Pro mono to get B&W. A week ago I'd collected colour using my camera. I've played at layering the 2 together.

It was all on the 200P.

I agree, it looks a bit fluffy, out of focus, though the Bahtinov mask said spot on on both nights.

as you said it`s a big learning curve, you`ve done better than i could do, i struggled getting a good image of Saturn with it !

Is this the actual field of view or cropped?

It is only cropped enough to take out the edges that DSS alignment left ragged after stacking.
