nebula observations

does anybody know if it is possible to see nebuli with my scope , if so what is the easiest position

with your set up , yes i dont see why not , i,m not a viewing guy really , but at f4.5 like you have and a low power eyepiece, you should on a good night pick up some decent stuff , , my last image does combine with the soul nebula in Cassiopeia, a vet large nebula , should be able to make that out , but i guess the more experienced guys who view would give you some better advice , but certainly you have the ok setup

cheers rob Cassiopeia is definatly at the right point in the sky to view for me so this will be worth looking into tonight if the weather stays like this ,

The Ring, Dumbell and, in particular, the Orion Nebula are worth a look 8)
