CANON 350d AF/AE Lock or not to Lock..help please

Can anyone please help me, which of these setting would be best to set my camera on, used at prime focus..or dont any of these settings make a difference?

AF/AE lock

AE lock/AF

AF/AF lock, no AE lock

AE/AF, no AE lock

Set the camera to M for manual and push the AF slide buuton to MF that's it.

Cheers Ken, i already do that but i just wondered if altering the camera with the AE/AF settings did anything else or wether they would just be used in conjunction with an ordinary camera lens for day to day photography?

(I would'nt like to think im missing out on any tips or tricks now!)

You are on manual, so AF (Auto Focus) is redundant.

AE is Auto Exposure, again, redundant.
