i want to take the plunge though need some help please im looking to make easyer as pos i was hoping to use a oag with the 70 zenithstar and use a lvi baader guider from what i understand you use a parfocal eye piece with the guider though wouldn the focus be diffrent from my camera sencer i hope some one can help

Any OAG will operate very well with a suitable guide camera.

The LVI should work.

The "guide eyepiece" goes back to the ol' days of film processing.

The main issue is to get the guide camera to focus on a field star at the same time as the primary imaging camera.

This can be done during the day with a distant object.

If you search the forum threads for OAG you'll find many discussions on the subject.
