Another M42 (but my first semi decent one)

Using my Skywatcher Explorer 250 OTA and unmodded Sony A350

I took 20 x 30 subs ISO 800 and 5 darks - DSS could only stack 5 (which is a real shame) poor focus on my part i think. Anyway I have tried to process a little in PS and the result is below.

The more i look at it the happier i am

Hi John I am a beginner at AP myself, your image isn’t to bad all you really need to do is take more subs to stack. If you can shoot about a 100 @ 30 seconds with 30 darks and 10 flats you will have a lot more info in the image to work with. I did have a quick play with your image,,,,Paul.
