NGC 2237 (Rosette Nebula dslr)

Glad to see the clouds off for a while!

Wanted to image the "complete" Rosette Nebula so took this last night.

40 min total (540sec exposure times x 6. Darks, flats applied) (INCR off)

Modded Canon 350d, ED80. Processed in PSCS2 (colour balance, white point, Noise reduction)

That is a very nice shot indeed Nicely framed. The colours look a little blue/purple on my monitor, but PS will handle that nicely using the selective colour tool to remove the cast.

I have now attached what I beleive to be a far less magenta version with increased star colours!
