Vixen GP2 Starbook-s

Hi,

I have just acquired a Vixen GP2 with the star book-s system. I have not had a chance to use it in anger but the motors work and all seems well. I have the polar scope and illuminator also.

Looking forward to getting outside to see how it tracks. Any comments or advice most welcome as I don’t have any experience of this mount.

would be interested in what you think of the starbook-s. There doesn't appear to be much about it on the internet. Also, it is about £700 now that the Pound has collapsed.

Can't comment on the GP2, or the S version of the Starbook, but the big version is okay to use...works as specified, and the GOTO on the mount I had on test was pretty good
