Replacement adaptor for the DSI II mono

I have the DSI II mono which has the filter slide fitted to the front. I’d like to remove it and replace with an adaptor which would screw onto the DSI body ( 4 small screws) and give a female T thread…

I've seen these adaptors somewhere but can't seem now to find the weblink. Anyone have a contact?
