MaCross
Do I have to edit all my RAW files to my liking before I put them through the DSS stacking process, or do the files just go into DSS as they come out of the cam? If someone could enlighten me that would be muchly appreciated!Sorry for having a stupid moment just now Thanks!
jgs001
Martina, Don't adjust them in anyway... Just drop the raws straight into DSS. I sue ZoomBrowser EX to select the images, then drag directly from there to DSS. When you drop them you'll be asked for the type of image file, Light, Dark, Flat, Bias etc, just select the appropriate frame type for the files you have selected, so only drop in appropriate groups. MaCross
Cheers John, once again! Thats exactely what I did, unedited, out of cam RAWs directly into DSS. I was just wonderin if I had not made a mistake in the workflow
jgs001
Not at that point .... If you accept the DSS recommendations you should get a decent result out
