where the heck is this part of milkyway???

hi guys recently i bough a canon 1000d,then a nifty fifty and then a 15mm fish eye just to capture the milky but all my pics were faint.

now i have found out that the part of milky way that i want to image is not visible in my part of the night sky and is below the horizon.

the following pic i took from the web.the white line shows the horizon.i want to image the part that is shown by black circle and it below the horizon.when will it rise over the white line?

ok thanks brother it will be in march that the milkyway will appear horizontal rather than vertical in the nightsky and that is when it will show sagitarius.i am using star named kaus australis for reference
